NEW YORK, NY – Three new exhibitions are coming to Agora Gallery, bringing with them a refreshing sense of peace, novelty and pleasure that are sure to invigorate visitors despite the summer's heat. Opening on July 26, 2011 and continuing until August 16, 2011, A Maze of Milieu, Interpretive Realms and The Portal of Tranquility are a must-see for anyone looking to be reminded of the wonder of the world. The opening reception takes place on Thursday July 28, 2011. As usual, entrance is free and art enthusiasts are cordially invited.
Direct, powerful and appealingly vibrant, the works in A Maze of Milieu show how art can be used as a universal form of communication which connects us through the qualities we all share. Passionate, purposeful and breathtakingly skillful, the artists in Interpretive Realms use their talent to both develop and present a new vision of the world through their work. Often experimental and always intense, this is art at its contemporary, perspective-altering best. The Portal of Tranquility brings together the work of artists who combine a careful choice of subject matter with a sensitive approach to the world around them. Serene, majestic and ultimately poignantly composed, these are works that will help you forget all your cares.
