An exhibition showcasing selections from the museum's permanent holdings.

In preparation for Miami Art Museum’s move to its new, expanded home at Museum Park in 2013, Between Here and There is the institution’s first long-term installation of its growing Permanent Collection. Presented in the museum’s largest exhibition space, the 9,000 square-foot Upper Level Gallery, the exhibition remains on display until the move, with periodic alterations. The main focus is on the cultures of the Atlantic Rim; the Americas, Europe and Africa, from which the majority of Miami residents hail.
