Contemplating the Void: Interventions in the Guggenheim Museum

Guggenheim Museum - New York
New York, USA

Friday 12-Feb-2010 - Wednesday 28-Apr-2010

Time: 10:00 - 17:00

An exhibition exploring visions for creative interventions in the museum's rotunda space.

To mark the museum’s 50th anniversary, the Guggenheim invited around 250 artists, architects and designers to imagine their dream intervention in the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed rotunda. This salon-style installation presents two-dimensional renderings of these projects, with the aim of emphasising the diverse range of proposals.
